Comprehensive services for Children and Adolescents with Bipolar Disorder

The Bipolar Program for Adolescents and Children (B-PAC) is housed within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division of the UT-Health Department of Psychiatry.

We are a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, researchers, and therapists who have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating youth with bipolar disorder.

Our program serves children and adolescents, with evidence-based psychopharmacological management, individual, family, and group therapy. We provide a thorough initial assessment to evaluate for the diagnosis of bipolar disorder and a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each child’s unique needs.

The mission of B-PAC is to develop, implement and disseminate evidence-based diagnosis and treatment interventions for children and adolescents with bipolar disorder.
